Requesting technical support

You can request technical support from the system info pages for a custom mobile app.

You can also submit a technical support request when you are working in offline mode. Your request is sent to a technical support team for the custom mobile app when you reconnect to the network.

  1. Log in to a custom mobile app.
  2. From the Settings menu, click Get tech support.
  3. Enter a detailed description of your issue.
  4. Click Submit.
