Reviewing statistics about report usage

You can review statistics about the usage and performance of report definition reports in the current application by running usage reports.

Several standard usage reports are available from the Report Usage landing page, or you can create your own usage reports.

  1. Open the Report Usage landing page from the Designer Studio menu by clicking Reporting > Report Usage.
  2. Click the name of the report that you want to run. The rule form for that report opens.
  3. From the Action menu on the rule form, select Run.

    The report runs, and the results display in the Report Viewer. The Report Viewer provides options for working with the results, such as formatting, filtering, saving, printing, and exporting the report.
