Enabling offline case attachments support

You can enable offline case attachment support, which allows your offline-enabled applications that run as a custom mobile app on a mobile device or as a Pega Client for Windows-based application, to synchronize case attachments between Pega Platform and the device. This way, application users can view, add, and delete attachments to cases, regardless of the connection status.

For more information about offline case attachment support and its limitations, see Offline attachments support.
