Defining production-level system setting values

Create production-specific values for a system setting to automatically change a system setting value for example when you move a rule from development to production.

1. In the navigation panel of Dev Studio, click Records.
2. Expand the SysAdmin category, and then click System Settings.
3. Open the System setting rule that you want to change.
4. In the Value field, enter the setting value for the specified production level.

   Production level values typically signify the following environments:

   • 1 - Sandbox
   • 2 - Development
   • 3 - Quality assurance
   • 4 - Staging
   • 5 - Production
5. In the Description field, enter a description for the corresponding value.
6. Click Save.
