Configuring text analyzer definitions for the Email channel

The Email channel configuration for Email Bot includes a text analyzer definition that is based on natural language processing (NLP) in which you can define topics. Defining topics in the Email configuration allows the chatbot to determine the best response based on user input.

  1. Edit an Email channel interface and click the Behavior tab.
  2. Configure text analyzer topics. For more information, see Defining Email text analyzer topics.
  3. Click Save.
