Once you have IVA for Web Chatbot ready, users can embed the standard chat capability on any website to communicate with a Pega Platform application. IVA for Web Chatbot does not require any additional accounts or third-party installations. You can also customize the look and feel of IVA for Web Chatbot so that it fits the style used by your website.

Note: Once IVA for Web Chatbot is in a production environment, you can lock its rulesets.
