Configuring text analyzer definitions for the Email channel

The Email channel configuration for Email Bot includes a text analyzer definition that is based on natural language processing (NLP) in which you can define topics. Defining topics in the Email configuration allows the chatbot to determine the best response based on user input.

Text analyzer definitions are used for advanced text analysis to process email content, including its header, body, subject, and attachments, and to determine the best matching response. The definitions are based on natural language processing (NLP) and decisioning enabled text analysis. You can also use multiple text analyzer definitions together in the advanced text analyzer configuration.

You can add, delete, or modify each text analyzer definition in the list.

  1. Edit an Email channel interface and click the Behavior tab.
  2. Configure text analyzer topics. For more information, see Defining Email text analyzer topics.
  3. Optional: Configure advanced text analyzers. For more information, see Defining advanced Email text analyzer configuration.
  4. Click Save.
