Configuring a question in the Web Chatbot preview console

When you enter a command in the preview console for a Web Chatbot channel, the chatbot can open a case for the command and ask a question as a response. To improve the responsiveness of the chatbot, you can define the question that is displayed in the preview console.

  1. In the preview console, enter a command or a greeting message.
  2. Display the chatbot details by turning on the Show analysis switch.
  3. Configure a question:
    1. In the Ask section, click the Gear icon.
    2. In the Question text field, edit the question.
    3. Optional: In the Map answer to property field, select a property to which you want to map the answer.
    4. Click Save.
