Configuring a response in the Web Chatbot preview console

When you simulate a conversation in the preview console for a Web Chatbot channel, the chatbot uses text analysis to make a best guess as a response to a command. You can configure the response for the command that you enter and rebuild the text analysis model to improve the chances that the chatbot responds correctly in the future.

  1. In the preview console, enter a command or a greeting message.
Result: A response for the command is displayed by the chatbot.
  2. Display the response details for the chatbot by turning on the Show analysis switch.
  3. In the Reply section, click the Gear icon.
