To automate business processes, define how your application manages and resolves work by designing a case.

Before you begin: Review the business process that you want to automate, to identify dependencies, distribution of work, and the required sequence of events.

As a best practice, begin by creating a case type and defining a case life cycle. You can add more features to your case design over time.
