Tagging cases

When users tag their cases, they can find relevant information faster. A tag is a text value that case workers and case managers can associate with one or more cases. Users can select from a list of available tags or create new tags, and then filter cases and Pulse messages based on tags.

Users can filter cases with tagging in several ways, for example, by viewing only the recently added or most frequently used tags. To find specific information, users can also search cases and Pulse messages by applying precise tags. To ensure that users add consistent tags, create a set of default suggested tags.

A tag can contain up to 64 characters, but the value cannot contain spaces.
