Deleting case types

Delete a case type in your application, for example, when the case type no longer meets your business requirements.

1. In the navigation pane of App Studio, click Case types.
2. Decide on the impact of your changes by performing one of the following actions:
   • To delete a case type and all associated assets, in the row of the case type that you want to delete, click More options > Delete case type.

     The associated assets are all of the rules inside the class that is related to the case type. These rules are grouped into User Interface, Process, and Data Model categories.

   • To delete all case instances, attachments, Pulse conversations, and assignments for the case type, in the row of the case type that you want to delete, click More options > Delete cases.
3. Click OK.
