Defining advanced text analyzer configuration
Enhance the performance and responsiveness of Pega Intelligent Virtual Assistant
(IVA) during a chat conversation by using advanced text analyzer configuration. Apart
from using default Pega text analyzers such as Pega NLP or iNLP, you can implement a
third-party Dialogflow text analyzer in your system. You can also share a text analytics
model that detects the right information between multiple email bots and
IVAs.
The system uses text analytics models to correctly detect topics,
entities, sentiment, and language in a conversation text. After you configure your text
analyzer, all IVAs and email bots that use a shared topic model can correctly detect same
subject matter from user input.
