Generating native mobile apps

When you finish development of the content for your mobile app, prepare your app for testing and distribution by generating an installation package. Before you build the package that you use to install the app on a mobile device, you must sign it with mobile certificates.

Example: As a uPlus developer, you develop a stand-alone and native-like mobile app that uPlus employees use to submit and manage expense reports. The app has a custom theme that matches the company's branding and supports advanced mobile device features, such as push notifications about pending assignments. Your task is to prepare your app for testing and distribution by obtaining mobile certificates, and then generating a signed installation package.
