Reporting
Gain insight into the statistics of your application by displaying the data
in the form of well-organized reports. For example, you can create a report with the number of
resolved cases per user, and then use the report to assess user
performance.
Reporting is a Pega Platform feature that uses Structured Query Language
(SQL) to retrieve and sort real-time information from the Pega database, an external database,
or the Elasticsearch index.
