If you encounter problems with your Pega products, you may be able to solve the problem yourself. Pega provides a variety of self-service options for problem solving and continuing education for Pega products. This information is always available to you and your colleagues for achieving business goals as quickly and efficiently as possible.

In the Pega Community, the Pega Support home page is your entry point for all your product support needs. All users registered on the Pega Community have access to the following options:

Support Articles

Support Articles (SAs) are concise, technical summaries that answer known issues and how-to questions. SAs keep Pega's clients, partners, and staff apprised of the most up-to-date and helpful technical information. This information is indexed for rapid search and organized in an easy-to-use format for quick problem solving.

Pega Collaboration Center (PCC)

Pega provides the Pega Collaboration Center (PCC) for self-service product education, application design discussion, and collaborative problem solving. The PCC provides engagement opportunities with product experts from Pega, as well as with our clients and partners. The PCC is the best place to ask detailed product-use questions and to seek the advice of experts.

Post your questions to the PCC to solve technical challenges in a collaborative environment.

Troubleshooting Videos

Pega provides troubleshooting videos on a variety of subjects to educate you about important product support issues and methodologies. Each video runs five (5) minutes or less.

Product Guides, Knowledgebase Articles, and More

You can find product guides, knowledgebase articles, and much more in the Pega Community. Knowledgebase articles deliver detailed technical information on Pega products and technology, beyond the scope of a Support Article. Use the Pega Community to look up Pegasystems product documentation, training information, and knowledgebase articles.
