Tracing a queue processor

Ensure that the system processes your activities successfully by checking the statuses of the activities that queue processors resolve. For example, you can identify and fix issues that affect indexing information about assignments to ensure that your data is available in the system.

You can trace only running queue processors.
  1. In the navigation pane of Admin Studio, click ResourcesQueue processors.
  2. In the row of the queue processor that you want to trace, click MenuTrace.
    Retrieval of the data about the queue processor takes up to one minute.
  3. In the Tracer window that appears, in the STATUS column, click a specific activity, and analyze the activity status.
    For example, you can click an activity with a FAIL status, to identify and troubleshoot issues with queue processor rules.
