- Service-level agreement (SLA) for production system availability is 99.95%.
- Pega Cloud services are delivered withautomated data backup service integration in order to meet the contract service level agreement for the licensed Pega applications in each client environment. Note that backup snapshots produced with this service are retained for recovery purposes only and are not available to clients to access.
