Configuring page access settings in bulk

Updated on February 7, 2022
Create a personalized user experience by providing each user group with a specialized interface. By associating pages and portals with personas, you can ensure that users see only the content that they need, which makes user navigation more convenient.

For example, you can decide that a page with employee reviews is only visible to a manager persona.

  1. In the navigation pane of App Studio, click Users, and then click Access.

  2. On the Access page, locate the row for the page whose access settings you want to edit.

  3. Hide a page from a persona by clearing the check box in the column for the persona.

  4. To provide the persona with access to additional portals, select the check boxes in the rows for the portals.

  5. To set a default channel for a persona, in the Default channel, select the target portal.

  6. Click Save.
