Customer Profile Designer (available as a Preview Release) provides a low-code interface complete with step-by-step guidance for populating key data elements (including aggregates) in your customer profiles – drastically reducing implementation cycles and time to value, while helping you deliver a much more relevant customer experience.

With Customer Profile Designer you now have a best-practice approach for:

  • Creating meaningful summaries – such as web page visits in the last 30 days, on any streamable data source.
  • Assembling a customer profile by associating aggregates and/or static data with any attribute of the context dictionary.
  • Using customer profile data to define more empathetic engagement policies in Next-Best-Action Designer, and as additional predictors for decisioning models in Prediction Studio.
