In Pega Marketing for Communications™ 8.3, the Bundle Negotiator has been enhanced to help present customers with the right set of products and services, which increases sales and customer satisfaction (CSAT). The Bundle Negotiator now has the ability to:

  • Offer tailored bundles for acquisition and retention
  • Easily compare bundled offerings – including current holdings
  • Streamline negotiations with AI-driven budgets, ranked and filtered offers, and guided refinements

For companies, this feature increases share of wallet, reduces the cost of customer acquisition, and provides tremendous retention opportunities. For customers, it adds convenience, reduces time and effort, and often provides a discount on items they need.
