To ensure accuracy in reports, assign the Virtual_Desktop tag to the virtual machine applications that you use.

1. In the header of Pega Workforce Intelligence, click AdministrationApplication.
2. Click the Edit icon next to the type of application or website, such as Production or Other Work, to move it to the Application area.
3. Click the Edit icon in the Opportunity Tags column and assign the Virtual_Desktop tag to the application.
