Viewing the hierarchy of your organization

You can review the hierarchy of your organization, in case you need to make changes.

  1. In the header of Pega Workforce Intelligence, click AdministrationOrganization.
  2. Click the Departments tab.
    Result: The Organization page displays, which shows the hierarchy of your organization.
  3. Expand or collapse the hierarchy by clicking the arrow next to a department.
  4. Review the source of configuration settings for the departments and teams. For more information on these configurations, see Managing client configuration files.
For example: In the following image, the configuration settings are inherited from the parent department.
