Pega CRM for Healthcare 8.6 Feature Adoption for Pega Cloud

This document provides feature adoption procedures for Pega Cloud Services clients who are updating to Pega CRM for Healthcare 8.6.

Important: Before you request an update to the newest minor version of Pega Customer Service for Healthcare and Pega Sales Automation for Healthcare, first run the Upgrade Checkers against your current version so that you can fix rule conflicts and ensure an optimal update experience.
