Adopting Pega Sales Automation for Insurance 8.7 features

After Pega updates your application to 8.7, use the following table to identify the tasks that you must complete to prepare your environment to support Pega Sales Automation for Insurance 8.7.

Pega Customer Relationship Management for Insurance 8.7 Post-update Tasks for Pega Cloud services Environments

If upgrading from version 8.4 or later (a minor update), the update process requires no downtime. For additional information, see Understanding Pega Infinity updates for Pega Cloud Services.

If upgrading from version:Complete these tasks:
Pega Sales Automation for Insurance 8.6
  1. Optional: Updating your built-on application

    If you are using the SalesAutomationForInsuranceCosmos.8 built-on application version, then no changes are needed. If you are using the SalesAutomationForInsurance 8 version and plan to update to the Cosmos-based version, update your built-on application.

Pega Sales Automation for Insurance 8.5
  1. Optional: Updating your built-on application

    If you are using the SalesAutomationForInsuranceCosmos.8 built-on application version, then no changes are needed. If you are using the SalesAutomationForInsurance 8 version and plan to update to the Cosmos-based version, update your built-on application.
