You can configure Pega Customer Service to create correspondence cases from inbound email messages and to respond to customer inquiries by using outbound email.

Before you begin: To ensure that the Email feature works properly, verify that the EmailTriageClass property value on the Declare_CAApplicationSettings data page is set to Work-Channel-Triage- Email.
