Data flow not running

You can monitor the status of the Voice AI audio transcript retrieval data flow by looking at the Real-time processing landing page or by searching for the run ID in the instances of the Pega-DM-DDF-Work class.

The data flow should be in the In progress state while running, and the counter should be incrementing. You can start or stop the data flow as needed, but if the data flow is in the Stopped state, Voice AI will not be operational.

If the data flow is running, but the count of processed records in the data flow is not incrementing, that means that there are errors in retrieving the data. Check the PegaRules.log file for more details, or re-run the VerifyVoiceAIDataRetrieval activity to verify connectivity.
