Communications issues resolved

The following issues are fixed in Pega Customer Service for Communications 8.6:

Issue IDTitle and Description
The Billing inquiry Microjourney compare logic can now dynamically generate the estimated next month’s bill on the fly using the most recent bill. (Also available as a Hotfix for 8.5.)
Several Microjourneys such Address Change, New Customer Acquisition, Retention, and so on, have new consistent address layouts which are built with more responsive behavior and easier accessibility for CSRs.
Service cases launch time performance has been improved by 50%.
