Configuring the attrition risk widget

Configure the attrition risk widget, so that you know which areas of your organization require attention and how likely it is that customers may leave for another company. You can see the attrition risk for your entire portfolio.

  1. Log in to Pega Sales Automation as a system administrator.
  2. In the navigation pane of App Studio, click Records > Decision > Decision Table.
  3. Search for and open the AttritionRiskWidgetConfigs table.
  4. Edit any of the actions, and then click Save as to save a copy of the table into your implementation layer.For example: Change the default small corporate category range from $5 to $15 million to $3 to $5 million. The maximum value for any range must not exceed $1 billion.
