Configuring renewals for Pega Sales Automation for Healthcare

Updated on May 10, 2021

Pega Sales Automation for Healthcare includes a system agent that automatically renews expiring accounts, but you can also manually renew accounts at any time. A third-party enrollment system generates the renewal start and end dates. Configure the renewals job scheduler, renewals dynamic system settings, and the URL that connects to the third-party enrollment system.
