Creating email templates

As an operator with the Sales Rep persona, you can create and configure custom and reusable email templates for sales representatives to use to work more effectively and spend less time on the manual daily work emailing clients and prospects.

Pega Sales Automation Implementation Guide
  1. Log in to Pega Sales Automation as a Sales Ops.
  2. In the User portal navigation pane, click Tools, and then click Email templates.
  3. Click Create email template.
  4. On the New email template screen, perform the following steps:
    1. Enter the name of the template.
    2. Add the email title, logo, and email body by editing the displayed email sections.
    3. Optional: If needed, include inline images.
    4. Click Pick email template to see the available email template designs.
    5. If needed, change the edit mode to either rich text editor or source only to view the HTML version.
    6. Click Create.
Result: To view the created template, refresh the email templates list and open the newly created email template.
