Opening a claim

You can sort each column alphabetically, numerically, or by date and in ascending or descending order by clicking on the column header. You can also filter the returned results and search the text within the results column.

Once the results appear, you can open a claim by clicking on the desired claim row.

Claims search results configuration

You have the option to configure the search result columns that are displayed and to order those columns from left to right. Once you configure the claim search results display, that configuration will persist until you change it. This allows you to see the search results most important to you.

To configure the claim search results, first conduct a claims search. When the results are displayed, a gear icon will appear at the top right of the screen. Clicking this icon will open the claims table columns modal. The claims table columns modal allows you to choose up to 8 columns to display claim search results. The icons on the left of the column name allow you to click and drag the columns to order the columns displayed from left to right.
