Disabling an operator

Updated on July 1, 2021

An inactive operator should not be able to log in to the Pega Platform. Each operator ID has a defined number of days of inactivity before being automatically disabled. However, you can manually disable an operator at any time, if necessary.

Before you begin: You must have the pzViewAuthPoliciesLP privilege to view the Operator Access tab.
  1. In the header of Dev Studio, click ConfigureOrg & SecurityAuthenticationOperator Access.
  2. In the Disable operators section, click Disable additional operators.
  3. Click Add Operator.
  4. Enter the operator ID.
  5. Click Submit.
