All Access Groups report

Updated on March 15, 2022

The all access groups System Authorization report displays all work and process items expanded. Each column shows the aggregate value of authorization for the access group for each case type item.

As in the single access group report, the Case Type column displays the case type's short description followed by the class name.

Beneath the class name header are rows for each of the operations users can perform on instances of the case type, and by column, the aggregate level of access for all users in each access group.

This example shows a section of a report for an application with three access groups:

A report for an application with three access groups
A section of a report for an application with three access groups

The top row indicates only whether the aggregate level of access for the users in the access group is consistently full access or no access for all operations on case type instances, or whether there is a combination of access levels.
