System settings in Admin Studio
On-premises clients can use this page to verify the system settings for a node or
cluster, to diagnose configuration issues across the cluster, and to download the
prconfig.xml configuration file, use the Admin Studio
System settings page. For clients on client-managed environments,
this page shows you the nodes that you have defined in your Kubernetes deployment
configuration; for clients in Pega Cloud Services environments, the nodes are defined by
Pega Cloud Services. For either type of cloud deployment, these settings cannot be modified
using Admin Studio.
Use Dev Studio to modify configuration settings.
To access the System settings page, view the list of settings,
and download the prconfig.xml file, you must have the
PegaRULES:SysOpsObserver role.
The System settings page displays system settings from the following sources:
Database
prconfig.xmlfileJVM command line arguments.
JNDI
Engine API (Transient)

To help diagnose system problems for a node, download a copy of the prconfig.xml file of configuration settings.
