Healthcare IT operations reports
Smart Claims Engine provides several reports used in IT operations. These reports are available by selecting the Healthcare IT operations category from the drop-down on the reports screen.

The reports listed with denoted by an asterisk (*) are also displayed in the Systems manager portal.
Available Healthcare IT operations reports include:
| Report name | Type | Description |
| Active event codes | List | Displays all event codes active today; date may be changed |
| *Average claim processing | Chart | Average time for each claim record to process |
| *Claim statistics from files received | Chart | Total number of claims processed, failed, and skipped |
| Event code status | Chart | Breakdown of event codes by status |
| Event code version history | List | Displays the metadata for all versions of the selected event code |
| *Exception records | Chart | Total errored records by component |
| Highest event code versions | List | Displays metadata for the highest version of each event code configuration |
| *Number of files processed | Chart | Total number of files loaded successfully, failed, in progress, and completed with errors |
| *Total number of claims processed | Chart | Total number of claims processed by day |
| *Unprocessed claims | Chart | Total unprocessed records during debatch categorized as duplicates and unprocessed |
